(IEDC) doing business under the name/s and style/s of Imperial Metro Builders and Development, NorthMIn Unified Enterprise, EquipPro Enterprise, Imperial Horizon Trucking Services and Imperial Vista Land is a diversified enterprise engaged in strategic development, infrastructure, real estate, and commercial investment initiatives. The origins of IEDC date back to September 8, 2023, when the business began operations as a sole proprietorship under the name VM Construction. Under this structure, the company delivered two years of active service, gaining hands-on experience in construction and development-related projects. This period established the company’s operational foundation, strengthened its technical capabilities, and built credibility within the industry.
As the business expanded in scope and ambition, its founders recognized the need for a more robust and scalable corporate structure. As a result, VM Construction officially transitioned and merged into a corporate entity in January 2026, forming Imperial Enterprise and Development Corp. This strategic move marked the company’s evolution from a construction-focused operation into a diversified development and investment corporation positioned for long-term growth.
IEDC is founded and led by its President and Chief Executive Officer, Vingerald Mancia, whose vision and leadership guide the company’s strategic direction and development philosophy. Supporting this leadership is Melvic Carlo Mancia, Vice President for Finance and co-founder, who oversees financial strategy, fiscal discipline, and investment management. Together, the Mancia brothers bring entrepreneurial drive, operational experience, and financial oversight that form the backbone of the company’s stability and growth.
